The Unstuck Session
Sometimes you need someone outside of everything to help you hear yourself again.
You may be carrying a decision, a conversation or something you cannot quite name. The people closest to you may care deeply, but they are too close to it.
Therapeutic coaching gives you a confidential, non-judgemental space to untangle what is going on, understand what matters and decide what comes next.
One
honest
conversation.
Space to say the thing out loud.
You’re not stuck because you don’t know. You’re stuck because you can’t hear yourself clearly enough to trust what you know.
The Unstuck Session
Ninety minutes to untangle what is keeping you stuck.
The Unstuck Session is a focused conversation with someone completely outside your life. It gives you room to say what you are really thinking, without having to protect anyone else’s feelings or explain the whole history first.
We will slow things down, look at what is underneath the noise and help you hear what you already know. You do not need to arrive with a clear goal. We begin with where you are.
No agenda. No jargon. No one who will bring it up at Christmas.
The Follow-Up Session
Sometimes the first conversation opens the door.
Once you have had time to sit with what came up in your Unstuck Session, you may want another conversation to explore what has changed, what still feels difficult and what you want to do next.
The Follow-Up Session gives us space to pick up the thread without starting again. It is available only after an Unstuck Session, when another focused conversation would be genuinely useful.
Kahu Workplace
The same independent conversation, funded by the workplace.
Sometimes an employee needs space to talk to someone completely outside the workplace, without involving a manager, colleague or family member.
Kahu Workplace enables an employer to fund a private Unstuck Session for an employee who may be carrying something difficult, feeling overwhelmed or struggling to see a way forward.

Tell me which type of support you are interested in and a little about what has brought you here.
You do not need to share anything deeply personal through this form. A few sentences are enough. I will reply personally, and we can decide whether the next step feels right.
