Why I Created Kahu
For over twenty years I worked as a scuba diving instructor, guiding people into a world most had never experienced and helping them feel calm, capable and completely present.
That's still a big part of what I do now.
I've trained as a personal trainer, menopause coach and therapeutic coach, and have spent decades working one-to-one with women through confidence struggles, health changes and all the messy bits of life that don't fit neatly into a box.
That's why I created Kahu. Not as a programme or a process - just as a space where someone can finally say the thing out loud.

How I work with you
I don't follow a script or a framework. Every session is shaped around the person in front of me, what they're carrying that day, what they need to say, and what they already know but haven't been able to reach on their own.
I'm not here to fix you or tell you what to do. I'm here to listen - properly, without an agenda, and create the space for you to hear yourself clearly again.
