Why I Created Kahu
After two decades supporting women through life transitions, I kept hearing the same thing: "I'm doing everything right, but I still don't feel like myself."
Women in midlife were managing HRT, exercising, eating well, yet still feeling foggy, disconnected or stuck. The missing piece wasn't another wellness plan. It was space to actually understand what was happening beneath the surface and permission to explore it without pressure.
That's why I created Kahu Wellness Coaching. Not as another rigid programme, but as a calm, grounded space where midlife women can pause, make sense of what's shifting and find their way back to clarity and confidence.
I bring professional therapeutic training, evidence informed approaches and over 20 years of experience supporting women through change. But more than that, I bring understanding. I know what it's like to navigate this chapter and I'm here to help you do the same with compassion, not judgment.

How I work with you
Therapeutic coaching is different from motivational life coaching. It's not about pushing you to do more or setting rigid goals. It's about creating space to understand what's really going on, emotionally, physically and mentally, so you can move forward with clarity rather than confusion.
In our sessions, we explore what's beneath the surface: patterns that no longer serve you, beliefs that might be holding you back and emotions that need space to be acknowledged. This isn't therapy and I'm not here to diagnose or fix you.
I'm here to guide you through reflection, help you reconnect with yourself and support you in taking realistic steps that fit your life.
