Welcome to Kahu Wellness Coaching. By using this website or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Scope

Kahu Wellness Coaching provides therapeutic coaching, wellbeing guidance, and personal development support for midlife women. Our services are not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical condition, please seek help from a qualified health professional.

2. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance and paid for via our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Stripe is used to process payments securely.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential. Anything you share during our work together stays private unless required by law (e.g. if there is risk of harm to yourself or others). Notes may be taken for coaching purposes, but these are kept securely.

5. Content & Resources

All materials shared through coaching sessions, downloads, or the website are the intellectual property of Kahu Wellness Coaching and are for personal use only. Please do not copy, share, or reproduce these materials without permission.

6. Website & Community Use

By using this website and engaging with our Facebook group (The Midlife Freedom Hub), you agree to respectful participation. We reserve the right to remove access to services or groups if guidelines are not followed.

7. Disclaimer

We do our best to provide helpful, supportive guidance, but results may vary. Your progress is your responsibility, and Kahu Wellness Coaching is not liable for any outcomes or decisions you make based on the information or support provided.
