This is personal training designed to fit around you. I meet you close to home, work or online when needed, making it easier to carve out one hour a week that’s actually for you.
Some sessions we’ll move more, some sessions we’ll talk more.
Most of the time, it’s both.
No pressure. No performance. No “starting again on Monday”.

We meet weekly for 45 minutes.
Between sessions, you’ll have a couple of simple things to do at home. Nothing extreme. Just enough to keep things moving.
